MY INFINIX ZERO 2 NOT BOOTING

after flashing boot the phone normally and allow for some minutes.. if it gets stuck along the way then boot to recovery mode and WIPE data/factory reset also wipe cache.. then finally reboot

its not really complicated and dont panic either..
i am assuming you've successfully flashed system.img as instructed..
turn off your phone..
press and hold VOL UP key while powering the phone on..
it should get you to recovery mode..
select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
select yes
select WIPE CACHE
select yes
finally reboot the phone..

i'll take you through the process step by step.
first,install VCOM drivers on your PC using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html
ensure to see the video there and let me know when done

Thanks chief..I tried for the steps aforementioned but I was scared to damange the phone, so I took it to Infinix office and got the problem solved within 20mins or less. God bless you real good. Really appreciate this site and the wonderful people herein.

Please, I want to update my OS through OTA. Can I? Do I  have to download any additional software before I update? Kindly assist, thanks.
