Reset the phone to factory state.
you could use the Blackberry Desktop Manager method @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-7196.html or Reload the OS using the firmware @ https://blog.hovatek.com/how-to-downgrad...d-version/

1. Go to Start >Run and type CMD (you can also find the command prompt in Programs >Accessories.)

A command box will open.

2. Type the following exactly including spaces: cd c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

You should now see that path followed by the cursor.

3. Now type: loader.exe/resettofactory
