[Please help] ulephone be touch 2 privacy password reset

after i installes a second sim in my ulephone be touch 2 the phone keeps asking for the privacy password
I have tried to follow this tutorial https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-1138.html
but when i click on format and connect the phone on the computer it does not start formatting.
I have waited for two hours and nothing happens. drivers are installed and ok

As the guide instructs:
1. Be very sure you have the stock ROM for your exact phone model
1. Ensure to first install VCOM drivers on the PC using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html
* see the video so you fully understand how to use SP flash tool correctly

The drivers are good i think and i use te firmware i have installed 2 weeks ago. When I choose my scatterfile the percentage on the bottom bar is disappeared. For the rest I do everything the same as in the video. Is this because of the firmware i use?

no. its missing or incompatible drivers.
try using another PC (preferably Windows 7) and ensure to install VCOM drivers as our guide instructed
