I have downloaded the file. It saved as WinRar. The content's are several files, please advise next step;

unzip all its content into a folder.
Step 2: Install VCOM drivers

Install VCOM drivers on your PC using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html
ensure to see the video

Thank you. How can I download the VCOM drivers on my PC? Can i download it from Google? I watched the video on the link you sent to me and also down the link, I saw 2 downloadable links of 86 zip and 64 zip. Is any of them for 32 bit window 7 pc? Pleaee advise.

I am not just getting it right. Please I would like to send the phone to you so you can help me fix it. Let me know if this is possible and we discuss terms. Thank you.

I am not seeing the outlined processes when I connect my phone to my PC. It is only charging. I can't see the phone. Also, the phone's battery is not detachable.

if the phone is charging while using SP flash tool then it means you havent installed the drivers correctly. try using a Windows 7 PC and ensure to see the video @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html so you install the drivers correctly
