[Please help] itel it1401

Hi i am ali and you helped me yesterday by permitting me download the pac file inorder for me to flash my itel it1401. I was flashing when my friend accidently pull up the usb corde from the computer and this caused a complete hard brick of my phone.now the phone wouldn't come on no matter what i do.   Please i need your assistance to unbrick it.my email adress is [email protected]

re-flash the pac file using Upgrade Download tool @  https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-1231.html

I have tried with upgrade tool. But it doesn't work. But atleast the computer recognise it. And when i try using research download tool it starts then write "BVK NV failed" please help me figure out the solution and one thing to remind the phone still doesn't come on and nothing show up on the screen

try flashing only fdl 1&2 and cache.
ensure to hold volume decrease button when you connect the phone to PC for flashing

The cache cannot be tick because it refuse to save the sitting

Please just assist me in the configuration of research download tool. I want to know what i have to tick on the main page,option,calibration ,flash operation and mcp type

try using another PC and first re-install the drivers
