If your device is MT 67XX based, DroidTools 2.5.3 doesn't recognize it, just install 2.5.3d version from here.

hello Hovatek team,I need some assistance to root my Tecno Camon C7.I looked for scatter file and recovery image but I did not find any.Assist me to root it.I have been told to back up my firmware and I have done so.Now I need to root it.kindly get back ASAP.Regards

My imei not shown in mtkdroid tools I use different source but still the same,other thing when I plug in my phone to PC mtk droid tools Say's unknown ROM structure, what can I do to fix this ?

If your phone is Lollipop or higher then MTK Droid tools wont work
