[Please help] my Infinix Hot Note X551 is Hardbrick

Dear admin,

Please help to grant access to MTK backup rom for my Infinix Hot Note X551.
I flash the wrong Recovery and cant flash the preloader into phone anymore.

When connected by USB to the PC, It's detected as a USB Serial Device (COMx) and SP Flash Tools unwilling to respond.

is yours the 1GB or 2GB RAM version?

I had access to a phone that has the same model and spec. What should I do?

My phone is totally dead, can not be turned on or charge.
When connected to a PC Phone detected as a USB serial device in Device Manager, if it is causing SP Flashtool not respond?

After three days in a coma and I tried to revive the phone, I intend to go to a service center, but curious to plug in the charger once again.
Suddenly my phone displays battery icon and the device manager shows MTK preloader appear and then disappear and then reappear.

Soon I run the SP Flash Tool and perform flashing stock rom. success ..
THANKS GOD. my phone back on. so happy.!
