My Tecno Phantom N9 wont power up

it is still showing the same error after it gets to 100%.

What next can i do?

that's an emmc failure. I'll need to redirect you to the whatsapp / bbm representatives for one on one support. I've sent a notice ahead of you. kindly contact us via whatsapp / bbm for further assistance on this. our reps will be standing by. see our IDs below.

But i cant come on any of these platforms u mentioned cos i dont any device with that function except the bricked tecno n9 we are trying to fix.

Can we do it over the phone pls?

i have called but was told i need to get another working N9 to extract some files as my emmc has crashed.
Dont have anyone close to me using it. What do i do now?
