i see that your SIMs are detected but I dont know to what extent. the screenshot i wanted to see isnt at that link.

Yes, my provider is active and everything is set( apn etc). But no service.

its looks like radio is set to Off. use the Mobile uncle method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html to toggle radio on or off
BTW, have you flashed the stock ROM for the model and re-written its original IMEIs?

I used this method by naushad Ali...http://gsmxda.blogspot.cz/2015/07/no-service-solution-in-china-android.html?m=1 You must fix it by flashtool, only rewrite the adress and copy nvram file to phone. Use emmc not NAND flash! Its 100 % working.

its the same thing as flashing secro.img from the stock ROM.
