I  downloaded the upgrade using mobile data and clicked on upgrade after the downloading completed. It tried upgrading but developed some error along the line then crashed.
When I put on the phone it displays the Infinix logo, shows "Android system recovery <3e> x509-J5800-KK-20150605" and  then the following options:
reboot system now
power off
apply update from ADB
apply update from sdcard
apply update from cache
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
backup user data
restore user data

I have tried all the options but nothing worked. Please help.
It's a 32GB version.

there is no one online in skype
i have watched all videos but the video on making scater files is not helping as my phone is already dead... somebody help via skype

for your current situation, it means there's an error in your /system partition.. you have to flash stock system.img

create a new thread for your problem so you can get support there as this thread belongs to someone else.
