[Please help] Infinix zero 2 system error (recovery mode <3e> x509-J5800-KK-20150605)

#1

I  downloaded the upgrade using mobile data and clicked on upgrade after the downloading completed. It tried upgrading but developed some error along the line then crashed.
When I put on the phone it displays the Infinix logo, shows "Android system recovery <3e> x509-J5800-KK-20150605" and  then the following options:
reboot system now
power off
apply update from ADB
apply update from sdcard
apply update from cache
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
backup user data
restore user data

I have tried all the options but nothing worked. Please help.
It's a 32GB version.
My gmail address is [email protected]

Many Thanks

for your current situation, it means there's an error in your /system partition.. you have to flash stock system.img

create a new thread for your problem so you can get support there as this thread belongs to someone else.
for how to create a new thread, see https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-514.html
