Hello friend, I just received a Samsung Galaxy S II (SHV E110S) Korean made, I have a little problem with it: I'm unable to toggle data connection ON/OFF via notification pannel since I cannot slide it as other Samsung devices do, except I go through settings >> mobile data and then enable it. Please help me fix it if it is a bug or please tell if that's how it is made . Again, the phone goes off when I try to browse at less than 40% battery level. Thanks in advance.
