[Please help] bricked itel1453

#1

Hello hovatek, thanks for your help in advance
Please I bricked my friend's itel1453 and I seriously want to unbrick it because of the pressure the guy is putting on me
The first time I tabled this matter, I was granted the permission to download the PAC file and I was also sent an email. I followed the link posted on the thread and shunned the one sent to my email.
After I downloaded the PAC file I followed the procedures of how to flash the PAC file using research download tool. But my problem is that each time I try to unzip the file an error always pop up at the 58%, so I decided to use my phone to do the extraction. After I successfully extracted the PAC file, I sent it back to my system, when I try loading the PAC file, an error popped up and said PAC file can't be loaded
Please I would appreciate it if you can give me a detailed procedure on how to go about the whole issue

Thanks

I hope the pac file was properly downloaded.
instead of Research Download tool, use Upgrade Download tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-1231.html

I downloaded the spreadtrum drivers and they were in d7 format. Please do I have to rename them to be able to unzip them to get the .inf file?
