you're supposed to install USB drivers too.
try using another PC and USB cord. also use the version of Research Download tool at our guide

sir I have installed all the necessary driver but it's still not working. I have used the laptop to flash a tenco phone before but i wonder Y it's not working in this case, please help

Tecno and Itel run on different chipsets so they dont use the same drivers. you need to install the Spreadtrum drivers separately so ensure to follow every step in the link above
