You need to edit adb_usb.ini located in C: / Users/your-user-directory/.android/adb_usb.ini
Have you been able to locate the file?

Then open the .ini file using notepad > add what no. 12 asks you to add on a new line then save the file

I followed the instructions but when I connect my phone all I have is "Spreadtrum" with yellow mark under Other Devices and my phone is not detected.

Yellow mark in drivers mean the driver is not signed. Make sure you've disabled drivers signature verification, see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-752.html

Phone model is Alcatel Pixi First. Nothing is wrong with the phone. I already disabled driver signature.

I have "SCI USB2Serial" driver under Ports (yellow mark) but when I connect my phone, I got four "Spreadtrum" drivers under Other Drivers.
