[Tutorial] How to install Unisoc / Spreadtrum SPD USB drivers

Installing Spreadtrum driver is my challenge.
After following all procedure outline I get The following response :
"The following hardware was not installed :
An error occurred during the installation of the device.
Driver is not intended for this platform.

I set up adb and followed every step but i didn't see the adb_usb.ini file. I am working on a itel it1701 and using the shortcut master my phone didn't show SET IMEI. So i have been trying to use method two but the Write tool never detects my phone. pls assist
did you install ADB using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-588.html ?

there are other methods to write IMEI to your phone @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-664.html

This itel it1701, however, in engineering mode under telephony does not have the SET IMEI command. So, engineering mode is a no go area. I'm saying, I've used all methods already.
