I have tried flashing the backup but u still get the same error.. Please check that files match target to be loaded...

please, don't further attempt to flash that backup to your phone. it's not compatible with yours. if you force flash it then you might end up with the overlap / no space error. you'll need to get another p5 backup

please, attach a screenshot of the app drawer of both phones you backed up, for us to see. yours might be a new OS P5

Delete the SP flash tool, re extract it from the zip file and try flashing the files again

Okay... I borrowed the phones..

I think I can distinguish old of from new one... One of the backups is old..
I'll try the last suggestion of deleting sp flash tool... I just can't believe my luck that none is compatible with my phone.
