My Tecno D7 Won't Go Beyond White Tecno Symbol When Power On

Hello getting a working D7 is not is easy for me, is there anyway around this.

we're working on getting the MTK backup for D7 and will upload it as soon as we get it.
in the mean time
1. Boot the phone into factory mode
2. Connect the phone to PC
3. Launch MTK droid tools v 2.5.3
4. Lets know id its details are dislayed
5. If its not detected then its due to missing mediated drivers which can be installed using a working Tecno phone and this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-317.html

your phone is detected. try flashing CWM recovery to the phone using. https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html

Hello Thanks, but when I tried flashing, I couldn't get pass the Press ROOT button, as I am having this error, " --- ERROR : SU inaccessible ", whether I accept the prompted dialog box or not. Please how do I get pass this stage.

kind'a saw that one coming. Are you certain you clicked Yes/ OK on PC? If you did and its still the same outcome then you'll need to either get a working D7 or keeps watching https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html for when the D7 MTK backup download link is available.

we dont attend to customers offline for now. what you can do is to give your brother our contact details so we'll guide him through making the backup and uploading for you to download.

It is ok, I will see the much I can do, but I can you give me a link on what you want me to do with the working D7.

1. follow this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html 
2. zip the !files to flash folder
3. upload it to dropbox
4. send us the download link
5. We'll download and Mod certain files then send you others to add to what you have
