Please I hope making a cwm backup would not have any effect on the phone

Inside the file to flash tool.. I have boot, ebr1, Mbr, mt6572_andriod_scatter_emmc, recovery, secro, system

not it shouldnt. but  you could skip it if you have concerns. lets just work with the !files to flash folder

the list is incomplete. preloader.bin is missing. although you're not going to use it, I am quit concerned that if the backup is incomplete, there's a chance that something is wrong with it. anyway, flash only system.img (Android) to the phone using SP flash tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html . DO NOT format or flash anything besides that.
