the errors you're getting are driver and PC related.
install VCOM drivers using  https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html
change the port and USB cord you're using

Already download and install VCOM drivers. I have changed port and cable, and I get this (see attachment) no error (which always almost immediately)or success prompt(which comes after a series of flashing yellow progress bar as with my success flashing infinix x507).
It has being 15 minutes now, still the 100% red progress bar Download DA bar.
What next?

On another PC running Windows 7, restarted after installing VCOM Drivers, ran the flash tool as admin, load scatter files, choose Firmware upgrade and hit download.
After a series of flashes, succuess.
Phone now resurrected from the dead!
Thanks a million.
