Hello. I am trying to backup my phone and I am having this error:

C:\adb>adb shell su -c "./mkbackup.sh"
dd: can't open '/proc/mtd': No such file or directory
grep: firmware.info: No such file or directory


My phone is MyPhone My28 (From the Philippines)

Specs are:

1.2GHz Quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 Chipset
512MB RAM
4.0-inch WVGA Display
8GB Internal Storage, Expandable via MicroSD
5.0-megapixel primary camera
2.0-megapixel secondary camera
3G, 2G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
Android 5.1 Lollipop
1450mAh Battery

Hi! I followed your instructions to the tee and (I think) it works 100% ( 'coz i never encountered any errors ) my question is, how do i check if i really made the back-up...?
note: i'm not using any sd/external card.. so i'm assuming that the backup will go to my phone storage.. am i correct? thanks!

made a successful back up now how can i flash those images onto another device

same problem here

it seems like my phone just doesnt have such a folder, i tried to run a scan in root for folder "mtd" but nothing came up, same with firmware.info

please help us, I REALLY NEED it, its very, very important to me
