infinix zero battery

#1

Good afternoon sir, recently my infinix zero battery spoilt so I changed it. After changing it, my phone would freeze and reboot unless it is plugged to electricity that's when it runs smoothly. I thought it was an app problem so I did hard reset, but the problem continued. How can I resolve it?

No time interval. What ever I'm doing just (texting, playing songs or videos) freezes, then the phone reboots. And then twud take a long time to reboot. Sometimes it doesn't come on again. But if ts plugged to electricity it doesn't behave like that. There are times it doesn't charge.

that sounds like a power (battery) related issue. you should have it looked at
