Tecno N7 Backup

@Tishaq: Good day. Please have you backed-up your Tecno N7 again? I don't mind if I can still get a good MTK backup for my Tecno N7.

I followed all the given instruction and suggestion, but the result is the
same.
the following files are not present in the backup
sec_rc
uboot
boot
recovery etc
Please tell me what acutally when wrong.
the helpline is switched off.
Saddly the owner of the working Phone give me only today to return the phone..
I need Urgent respond.

1. whats version of mtk droid tools did you use and did you run it as administrator?
2. are you sure there's up to 1GB free on both internal and sd storage of the phone?

yes
I used MtkDroid 2.5.3 ran as Administrator.
For the
storage, the internal is 66MB
but the External storage is 1.7GB

can I use The call back method from SP Flash tool?

after the backup, you should have two folders
1. the main backup folder
2. the !files to flash folder (inside the main backup)

do you have these two folders and is "system" a folder in both instead of being an image file

you mean read back. yes, you can use it. follow this method @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-526.html . use sp flash tool version 3 and do not interrupt the read back process . the article also contains a video to guide you. if sp flash tool doesnt detect the phone then install vcom drivers using this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html and try again
