[Please help] My Techno N9 keeps showing me "unfortunately system has stopped"

Dear Hovatek I've seen how you have helped others with vital information to solve their device issues,pls my N9 keeps showing two pop up screen saying "unfortunately system has stopped" and " unfortunately salestrackersystem Has stopped" I can't do anything and its frustrating. 

All this I believe started when I deleted some folders thinking they were virus infected folders...pls I need your assistance on step by step guide on what to do. God bless you guys.
