No I didn't make a backup be4 it happened, but I downloaded one somewhere, I don't know if it's good or not. But since SP Tool is not recognising the phone, I don't even know how to try it.

install vcom drivers using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html and follow the Sp flash tool guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html

I followed the guide carefully but yet sp tool will not detect my phone. It detects other phones when I connect but not my D5. I have successfully flashed 2 phones with sp tool before but haven't faced this challenge. please what should I do next?

1. was flashing in SP flash tool successful or it stopped somewhere along the way?
2. how did you get the scatter file you used to format the phone in SP flash tool?
