SP FLASH TOOL ERROR: BROM ERROR ; S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL(4032)

But sometimes it sees the phone as MTK usb Port and at those times the SP flash tool returns the normal Dram failed, Brom error (4032)

I captured it in the attached picture (Sorry I had to use a camera to do that instead of screenshot)

did both the A and A+ give error 4032?

try this F7 ROM https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B85FNp3Q7...t=download
if it also gives error 4032 then you most likely have a driver problem

I have tried it and both A and A+ given me by the administrator, unfortunately I'm still having the same error 4032 or the the Flashtool not showing any sign at all anytime my device manager sees the phone as Media Tek USB DA VCOM but on two of the occassions the phone came on on its own but getting stuck and looping on the Tecno logo when I removed the battery and put it back again, it did not come on like that again until like about 3 hours later of pressing and pressing the power button and the same thing still happend again.

Please can anything still be done?

I've have tried it too on different PCs but still the same. But the little hope I have now is that the phone now comes on once in a while but gets stuck on the boot logo of Tecno which means the phone is not totally dead yet as I was beginning to think.

charge the battery for 4 hours using a desktop charger and insert a formatted sd card into the phone

I have tried what you said. When I connected the phone to PC the battery indicator came on and was charging but when I tried to power it on it still got stuck on the Tecno boot logo. And after that the battery indicator is not coming on again when I power it on.

MTKDroid Tools recognised the phone when I launched the application (although it didn't display the name of the phone but displayed other information about the phone).

Or can the error be from my screen? because I changed the screen recently after the phone started giving me that problem as I thought it could resolve the error.
