[Please help] Tecno Phantom Pad II G9

#1
Lightbulb

I have a Tecno Phantom Pad II that I bought second-hand. Everything works just fine save that there is an error prompts that terminates my running apps and keeps saying stuffs like :

"Adobe air is not responding" and all.

I need to flash a stock firmware onto it. I am rooted.

And I need admin's permission to download the file of google drive.

Please help urgently. Thanks.

Also error messages like: "unfortunately, adobe air or pro or com.google.gapps have stopped"  would pop up and terminate running programs.

Thanks for the backup access which you made available to me. I however observed as follows:

1. I used CPUZ to check my MediaTek signature, and the result turned out that the chipset is MT8283 meanwhile the stock backup that I downloaded (courtesy of your goodselves) reads MT6582.

2. I used SP Flash Tool 5.1 yet the tool does not recognise my Tab (G9)

Do you think that the difference in my chipset and that of the backup matter?

1. in MTK droid tools, you would see something like xxxx is fake. same thing for Tecno N9
there's a mismatch in the kernel info for Tecno pads.
2. ensure to install VCOM drivers as the SP flash tool guide instructed
