you dont have the Blackberry ID and password associated with the device?

It was send to my brother and I upgraded it after that it keep asking for BlackBerry ID and password for the antitheft...

did the message disappear after you entered the details (before the upgrade)?

It doesn't show anything like that before the upgrade.

I presume the device was linked to a Blackberry ID before the upgrade. using those details (Blackberry ID before upgrade), try logging in @ http://www.bbid.com/
