my tecno v7 has crashed and not booting up well again.i need a stock rom and permission to download it.

1. what caused it to crash?
2. can you get access to a working V7?

No,i dont have a working one.it hangs on boot after hard reseting.

boot into factory mode (volume down + power) and clear eMMC
