[Tutorial] ✴✴✴✴✴ How to Change Android Version Number by editing build.prop✴✴✴✴✴

Requirements
1. Rooted Phone
2. Root Browser - Download from playstore
Let's head to main thing
1. Download and install Root Browser apk.
2. Open it.
3. Go to System folder and scroll to the bottom
end.
4. You will see build.prop file.
5. Touch the build.prop file, options will come up.
6. Tap RB Text Editor only.
7. Find the line like this
ro.build.version.release=xx
8. Change the android version number to 5.1.1 or
6.0 or whatever text you want to show on the
About Phone page.
9. Tap the Save button to save the edited
build.prop file
10. If asks for root permission then Grant it.
11. Exit Root Browser and restart your phone.
12. After restart, check About Phone in Settings.
