Tecno M5 stucks at boot logo

My tecno M5 stopped booting fully. It only stuck at the boot logo. If it requires flashing please grant me access. [email protected]

1. how did this start?
2. what version of Android is the phone running on?

It suddenly start on its own. I thought it was the memory card, so I remove it yet the problem still continue. Its the old andriod version 4.2. [email protected]

I did the same, it was successful but still stuck on boot logo.....Have tried severally but to no avail
