How to defragment a fragmented hard disk

#1

Copied from blog: A fragmented hard drive is like a travelling bag with all its contents just dumped and scattered inside while a defragmented hard drive is like a travelling bag with its content neatly folded and arranged. Defragmentation saves space and makes items easier to locate.
QUESTION : Push button reset is showing 2% fragmented.... How do I defragment it?
