[Please help] Gionee P4 stuck at gionee screen

Lightbulb 

Gionee P4 can't boot it stopped at Gionee screen, I flashed a stock backup rom with sp flash tool, clear emmc, wipe data factory reset after flashing...
but it is still not booting

they're arranged in order of release, oldest at the top, latest at the bottom

Yes I did that but still no luck...
by the way I experienced something with the phone. If I boot it to recovery and select install update from SD option I see all the folders of apps used in the phone are still there seems like flashing the stock rom didn't wipe anything...
however it doesn't enter clear emmc mode (i.e power + volume down) only power + volume up combination is working...

Do a firmware upgrade.

You might need to flash a custom recovery
