Good day Hovatek...i rooted my phone,  but figured out how to unroot it... After unrooting, I still can't update via OTA.. So I decided to download the stock rom of my phone(infinix zero2 32gb)... Now my question is,  if I select the upgrade option in flash tool,  will it delete all my files and get to factory default or will it over write the OS and leave my files intact... Please ur urgent advice is needed...

that would depend on which files are in the ROM.
could you list them?
BTW, you can upgrade your Infinix Zero 2 using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-9495.html

It contains all the files a kitkat rom has... So what you suggest now is for me to upgrade to lollipop rather than upgrading the same OS...

the lollipop ROMs are still buggy so its up to you to decide.
I would stick to Kitkat in the mean time though
