window 7 black desktop background

my window 7 automatically get black desktop backgroung on bootup even if i change th background.. same tin stil occur..pls help

1. Have you activated it (license)?
2. What version of Windows 7 is the PC running on?
3. Try Control Panel > Ease of access > Ease of access center > Make the computer easy to see > Make things on the screen easier to see > unmark Remove background images (where available)

av done all dat before..its still same way...its activated and licensed ..running windows 7 ultimate.... booting on black background

yes they are visible and it just started....

* does this happen randomly or just whenever the PC boots up?
* try using an image with small file size eg the default background image
