I have bricked my Tecno P9, it stuck at tecno logo. pls grant me to download stock backup.

Thanx! but after flash, it also stuck at tecno logo and keep restarting. what can i do then?

Hope you flashed the ROM for your Android version. 
Do a factory reset in recovery mode

yeah! its android 4.2 and flashed exactly same version rom, and when trying wipe data factory from recovery i've got "e:mount error"

I've read all the guide on "How to fix mount /data error on an MTK Android phone" but there's no "cache.img and data.img" in the stock backup folder as you mentioned to re-flash according to your guide. Is there any other solution?

you didnt read the guide thoroughly . there are other methods listed there
