h5 writing encription failed

my Tecno h5 is writing encryption failed even after flashing a new rom.
it will not boot unless I reset the phone. after reseting it still writes
encryption failed. pls help me

the rom you flashed, is it stock or custom? and where did you get it from?

is stock and I download it from here. the phone was writing encryption unsuccessful dats y I flashed it but after flashing it is still doing the same tin.

1. do you have both cwm and mtk backup for h5?
2. can the phone boot into recovery mode?
3. Is it running on stock or cwm recovery?
4. have you tried formatting the memory card?

1. i have only mtk backup
2. the can phone boot into recovery mode
3. it is running on stock recovery
4. i have tried formatting the memory card

Flash CWM recovery to the phone using this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html . lets know if its able to boot into cwm recovery

I have Don dat already but I didn't work Co's there is no way to give the mtkdroid tools root asses bcos the phone didnt boot completely

have you tried flashing the CWM recovery image of h5 using sp flash tool
