[Please help] Alcatel One Touch 4010D

#1

Hello you all. It's the 30th time that I write an article for this phone. I really need your help. I have a bricked alcatel onetouch 4010D. Before it die I tried to flash a firmware. But the forum that I downloaded the flash file from didn't make it clear that firmware is only for 4010A. So then my second sim card slot was useless because it was not detected by the phone. So I now need your help so that I can bring this phone back to life. For more information comment below. Thanks in advance.

Can the phone boot to home screen or it's totally dead?

It is dead because when I plug it in the laptop it takes half an hour to be detected by the program

That's a good sign. Have you gotten the correct firmware for your phone?

Yes. As they say at least it is right. Do you want me to upload them? But they are many.

No, don't upload.
What's the phone's chipset and have you tried flashing?

I disassemblied the phone and I saw two things: 1)ONE TOUCH 4010D TCT Mobile Limited Bluetooth QD ID B020261. And then at the next line "4010D-2CALGR1-S40". 2) Afterwards I put that metal piece off and it had 2 chipsets : i)MediaTek ARM MT6575MA 1339-BMSH CTPSY228 & ii)CHINA TYBC0A111557KC ZN3582 1338KLD

You said you'd downloaded the correct firmware. That's what I'm referring to.
