Usb slow speeds NF61s micro am2 se motherboard - codyseth - 07-12-2015
Hi guys my usb 2.0 ports are giving me ridiculous 1.1 speeds.In the bios i have usb v1.1/2.0 enabled.I have googled myself nuts and have done alot of device management settings.No luck.Please help.

According to bios utility within the bios i can only udate the bios with a floppy disk.
I have set usb flash drives and external drives to better performance .
I have uninstalled the usb hub root stuff in device manager and rebooted ,still no luck .My drivers are all 2006 and not sure if thats the problem.When i last checked windows said they are the latest but i will check again.Please help ,even a 1gb file takes forever.

* is the device(s) you're copying from or to usb 2.0 enabled?
* try other usb cords if the device is a phone or uses usb cord
* you can also try copying using teracopy software lets see if it helps

Yes its 2.0 i finally got 1 port to work as 2.0 with a bios reset.So now i have a generic usb hub with 4 ports when plugged in it reads device not recognized driver not installed.On another pc it installs but doesn't suddenly read any drives in it.

I did try teracopy most speed i got was 1.3mb

Eish speeds are back down suddenly bios settings are right and yes im using 2.0 devices.Im going to take a hammer to this pc.
