I kinda don't want to spend time setting up everything again is like backing them up using something possible and i don't need to use sp flash tool with format mode right?

use the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17941.html to backup phone files before flashing firmware. It will help you restore everything after flashing.
