i install a new recovery mode on my techno m9 and each time i boot to recovery mode. after 5 seconds, it get frozen and reboot in about a minutes.

please i need help desperately.

Means you flashed an incompatible recovery.
download the ROM @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html and flash the recovery.img in it using rashr
