Tecno N5s on Bootloop

i downloaded the flash files but i have no idea how to flash this device,its current state is bootloop but i can get to stock recovery but it not much of any help

its a qualcomm i dont suppose spflashtool can help.futhermore i didnt see any scatter file or any form of image files flashed via flashtool
