Ok. Just to be clear. When you boot the PC, you see this Company's Logo first then see the Windows boot logo, correct?
If it is then visit the HP website and download the latest BIOS for your PC model. Run this BIOS on your PC to install it.

You can try downloading and updating BIOS drivers @ https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

You just need to insert your PC Model, select Windows version and go to BIOS section and download.
