(please help) tecno camon c9 spd cloned bricked !

Hi, I need help in restoring my bricked tecno camon c9 spd. The ROM I have is in PAC.sc format. (S02_Q23_S02_Q23_5.1_C9-H535-A1-M-HiOS-2016061 TECNO-J8)this ROM can only be flashed using infinity cm2 spd, unless converted to PAC file. Please can someone help converting this ROM from PAC.sc to pac. This ROM was uploaded by this great forum. It will be immense help if PAC format can be uploaded.

How about downloading another in PAC format? I can give you a link to one I have tried.

Does the battery percentage increase or just charging?
Disconnect/reconnect the battery and retry powering it up.
