Samsung galaxy j4 no command + android log loop & loop

Dear all,
My samsung j4 plus touch was not working right after the auto update, so i had to install a firmware again, unfortunately i download a wrong firmware, now this is the current situation ...
- my mobile is frequently looping around & around ...
- no command + android yellow warnign logo appear just for a fraction of second and it blink frequently
- no key combinaton is working currenlty
- & no driver is being detected on my pc as it was before detecting.
Please help ..
If you still did not get my problem ... i uploaded a video so you can check the problem and please help me how to solve this problem.

power off the phone i.e remove / reinsert the battery then attempt to boot to download mode
Can the phone still boot to download mode?
do you remember the original build number of your device before you flashed it?
what was the build number of the firmware you flashed?

If this isn't due to a hardware or drained battery issue then you'll need to force the phone into download mode using a JTAG then flash the right firmware
