i install a custom rom den its start restarting my phone its not coming up pls i need tecno m9 rom my email is femmyoju@gmail.com

admin pls can i just do restore thru backup and restore in recovery mode cos i dont no how to use flash tools

no you cant. already gave you the link to the sp flash tool tutorial. you can see the video for better explanation
