just stick to the guide before you do something that'll make things worse. if you format using sp flash tool without an available stock ROM then you'll have a completely dead phone

For Install ADB system-wide?
when i type y it gives "0 files copied"

And why do you think that my phone doesn't have the e MMC option ?

forget about the emmc option. even if it had 100, they wont fix your phone. the problem your phone has is at the /system level. 
now, back to adb, what gave you 0 files copied?
